Terms for £5 or £10 reward payments.

Inside Cruise agree to pay £5 for every review submitted & accepted, £10 for every gallery submitted & accepted and £10 for every video submitted & accepted subject to the terms outlined below.

Reviews submitted must be at least 250 words long, in English and must be original content written by you, not posted anywhere else on the internet, and not copied from another person. Galleries submitted must contain at least 5 images of your cruise holiday and must be original content not posted anywhere else on the internet, and not copied from another person. Videos submitted must be of your own cruise holiday and be at least 30 seconds long and must be original content not posted anywhere else on the internet (except for YouTube), and not copied from another person. Payment will only be made on fulfilling these criteria. You must be able to prove that the content submitted belongs to you if required. Only one review will be paid for per person. Only one Gallery will be paid for per person. Only one video will be paid for per person. Payments will be paid up to a maximum of £15 per person within. Payment will be made within 90days of acceptance by Inside Cruise. The decision of Inside Cruise will be final. This offer may end without notice.

Forum Etiquette

Inside Cruise is a community of people on the same wave length, who love to cruise and can all benefit from the advice-swapping that occurs here. Our community is a supportive effort and depends on all of you to make it happen. If you post questions, please also try to take the time to respond to questions as well. If you are responding, please post on topic within a thread, it makes it easier for others to remain focussed on the discussion, however if you wish to deviate, feel free to start a new thread all to yourself!

Inside Cruise is an open forum, visited and contributed to by various people, most of whom are not connected with Inside Cruise in any way. Facts within news and articles as well as topics posted on forums within Inside Cruise are exclusively the ideas and impressions of the individual authors and posters and Inside Cruise make no claims and are in no way responsible for the validity or accuracy of any content.

Individuals should employ due care before taking action based on any information written or posted within Inside Cruise and are solely responsible for their own actions. Inside Cruise is not responsible for any inaccuracy, whether intentional or unintentional, within the Inside Cruise Website.

Please use your common sense and good judgment when posting to Inside Cruise, whether it's a review, forum message, comment, gallery or any other method of posting.
Your posting will be subject to removal at any time, should any of the following apply:

• Advertising and / or soliciting of any kind
• Swearing, offensive or inappropriate language of any kind
• Flaming, discriminatory or defamation postings, harassment of other participants, or any other posting intended to disrupt the board.
• Pyramid or get-rich-quick schemes (We all know these end in tears).
• Copyright or Trademarked material. People don't like to have their work reproduced so please only post a highlight and a link to the original article.
• Spamming including intentional duplicate postings - unless you're saying what a great community Inside Cruise is.
• Promotion or discussion of any illegal activities.

Inside Cruise is moderated by real people (as opposed to robots) and reserves the right to decide what is suitable content for our online community and will remove any posting deemed inappropriate, offensive or disruptive to the community. We may not remove postings immediately, but we make every effort to keep offensive and disruptive content at an absolute minimum.

Please remember above all, this is your meeting place. Its meant to be fun, safe and informative so please help make it easier for us and more enjoyable for your fellow cruisers.

Intellectual Property Rights

Generally speaking the copyright in your posting is yours. (When we say posting we refer to any form of submission to our website, be it text, image, video or any other media.) We sometimes use postings in our marketing methods (advertising, newsletters, websites, tv and other products in any media). By posting to Inside Cruise you have given us a non-exclusive, eternal, permanent, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, communicate, re-publish, edit, adapt or otherwise use your postings as we see fit. You also give us a licence to deal with the postings as necessary to perform practical and administrative functions in running the website.

You also consent to your postings being changed, edited or modified to use them under our licence in any way we deem necessary. You consent to us not attributing authorship to you at all, or only attributing it to your registered nickname. We generally attribute authorship, but that's not always possible and we decide this on a case by case basis. If we do use your material we may attribute it to your registered nickname, or contact you to request that your real name be used. We promise that will never publish your real name without your written permission.

If you do not want your posting to be used in this way, don't post it. Once you have made a posting, you can't withdraw or retract your licence and consents. Inside Cruise intellectual property rights may not be used in any way or for any purpose without our written permission.

Bullying

The bullying of Inside Cruise members is totally forbidden. Inside Cruise is dedicated to providing an online meeting place that is as free as possible from bullying comments. Do not harass another poster personally. Do not insult, humiliate, threaten, or any other negative actions to another member that is unwanted, do not make comments that are racist, sexist or homophobic, etc. This is not a school playground so please, let's all act like adults! If you disagree with a members posting, please respond to the subject, but not the person. Postings of this kind will be removed from the website and may result in a complete ban from Inside Cruise.

Links to third party websites

Inside Cruise may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by third-parties. Such links are provided for your reference only. Inside Cruise does not control such websites and cannot be held responsible for their content.

Cruise and travel professionals

Inside Cruise appreciates the positive input that can be received by Travel professional's posting. Therefore cruise experts, travel agents and tour operators are encouraged to participate in the discussions on the forum boards and establish themselves by responding to members' inquiries with useful answers. In doing so, you are welcome to add your company name and note that you are a travel professional. You may not list your phone number, business location, web site address, contact info or e-mail address. Responding to members' inquiries on the boards with an ad for your services is strictly not allowed and will be subject to removal of the entire response.

You may offer your services via private E-mail to members who have specifically requested such information or services. However, you should understand that unsolicited marketing mailings are considered spam and against Inside Cruise policy and are usually not looked upon favourably by its recipient. Also Inside Cruise considers requests to be e-mailed for additional information as soliciting and those postings are also subject to removal.

Cruise professionals, travel agents and tour operators may not list or refer members to their Web sites. There are areas where advertising may be purchased or there is a link section were you may request that a link to your business be placed at no charge in exchange for a reciprocal link.

Advertising and soliciting for business

Inside Cruise guidelines forbid direct advertising, commercial sales and solicitation posting in any media. Our website meant to be an exchange of advice and tips where cruisers can talk about their travels and interests and not a marketplace for advertising and selling services unless implemented by Inside Cruise itself.

Inside Cruise defines advertising as an individual or company's attempt to generate business or other commercial for profit enterprise, either directly or indirectly, through the use of our forum Boards. Solicitation includes, but is not limited to, requests to be e-mailed, the posting of phone numbers for your business, and the referring to or posting of one's website address.

Also, although third-party recommendations are very important to message boards, when, in the sole opinion of the message board staff, those public postings are too commercial or promotional in tone, excessive in quantity or if there is reason to suspect that they are posted by the agent themselves, an associate, or under cover of "alias" nicknames, such postings are subject to removal. While we welcome the recommendation of your personal travel or cruise agent, they MUST be in response to a request for such information, and they must NOT contain contact information of any kind.

Inside Cruise moderators reserve the right to approve or deny links which lead directly to or link to cruise-related or non cruise-related material that is not in the best interest of the community. This does not mean these links will be removed, but rather individually reviewed or acted upon.



It is not the intent of Inside Cruise to control the content of an individuals post, but instead to maintain a clean, safe, non-disruptive environment for the members of our cruise community, therefore posts will not normally be edited, but rather are subject to complete removal if they break the rules. A person's thoughts, ideas and opinions are always valued and appreciated, but bear in mind that they are only of value if they are constructive and contribute in an effective way to the conversation at hand.

If you think that a post has been improperly removed, feel free to contact us at any time. These guidelines are updated on a regular basis to reflect changes and advancements of community and are therefore subject to change at any time.

These offers are independant of Inside Cruise and Inside Cruise cannot be held responsible if the offer is unavailable or sold out.
